Our team takes pride in offering a reliable, friendly service, with free collection and delivery, a 24hr or same- day turnaround, and the highest standards of care for every garment.​

Once you have booked in your chosen items through our booking page, simply place everything into your ironing bag, along with any hangers you would like us to use.
please make sure your bag is securely zipped and ready for us to collection on your chosen day & time.
All hangers supplied by MG professional Ironing Services are reusable and must be returned with your next collection. This helps us reduce waste costs and keep our service as environmentally friendly as posssible.

Your collection & delivery
We will collect your ironing bag on the day & time you and within the time slot you selected when booking. We always aim to arrive on time, although occasional traffic delays can sometimes be unavoidable. Collection & delivery is free within 5 miles of Billericay. A small £5 delivery charge applies to addresses located more than 5 miles from Billericay.
Once your ironing is complete, all hanging garments will be returned in protective covers to keep them fresh, clean and beautifully pressed.
On the day of your delivery, we will send you a message to let you know that your ironing is ready and on its way.
Our standard delivery time is between 8.00am and 9.00am, Monday - Friday.
If you are not going to be home, please let us know.
Also please be ready for us to arrive on your delivery day, the ironing can be very heavy to bring from the van to your door. So please be ready to accept your ironing from us.
If you won't be home to receive your ironing, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
Please also ensure that someone is available to receive your ironing at the time of delivery. Our ironing bags can be quite heavy, so we need to be able to hand your order safely to you at your door.
